2. Pick a business idea that has a big market opportunity

Make sure to carefully reseach if there’s a big market for your product or service. Investors will typically only invest in your company if they see a large market opportunity and that the company has the potential to grow into something significant.

3. Raise as much startup funding as you can

It’s almost always harder and takes longer to raise startup financing than you think. You must ensure you have a cushion for all the product development and marketing expenses you will incur. 5. Research the competitionMake sure you are thoroughly researching competitive products or services in the marketplace, and keep on top of new developments and enhancements from your competitors. ‎One way to do this is to set up a Google alert to notify you when any new information about your competitors shows up online.

6. Ask for advice from other entrepreneurs

Advice from other entrepreneurs and business professionals (such as lawyers and accountants) can prove to be invaluable. Consider putting together an advisory board, and don’t be afraid to motivate members by giving them stock options in your company. How Long Is Too Long to Suffer From Back Pain?

 Nothing makes a long day even longer than having to deal with back pain. If you’re suffering from lower back pain, even simple tasks like picking up a bag of groceries can feel overwhelming.

“If you wait to do something about lower back pain until it’s become debilitating, you’ve waited too long,” says Dr. Hosun Hwang, spine specialist at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. “Most people’s back pain dissipates in about a week or two, but if your pain is long-term or chronic, it’s time to see a spine specialist.”

What causes back pain?

Lower back pain may feel like aching, burning or sharp or dull pain that fluctuates in intensity from mild to severe. It can be due to a sports injury, from twisting or lifting something heavy or from working in your yard.

Dr. Hwang says back pain can happen to anyone, but some factors can increase your risk, including:

  • Age – older adults may be more susceptible to osteoarthritis and disc deterioration
  • Occupation – employees in jobs requiring repetitive bending, heavy lifting or long periods of standing or sitting are more likely to suffer back pain. Prevent this with the Best gaming chairs.
  • Weight – excess weight adds stress to the spine and back muscles
  • Activity level – having a sedentary lifestyle, as well as weak back muscles and lack of core strength, make it easier to injure your back
  • Smoking habits – smoking decreases blood flow, reduces your body’s ability to heal and increases the risk of osteoporosis

 

“Chronic back pain may be caused by a variety of underlying conditions,” explains Dr. Hwang. “From spinal arthritis to sciatica to herniated discs, a spine specialist has the expertise needed to pinpoint the cause of your chronic back pain and develop a treatment plan that may resolve the issue or at least improve your quality of life.”

When to see a spine specialist for chronic back pain

3. Your pain isn’t isolated to your back. If your pain is traveling down your leg, you have numbness or weakness in your hips or legs, or you’re experiencing tingling in your legs and feet, it may be a sign that there’s pressure on your spine.

4. Everyday activities have become difficult. If your back pain is already affecting routine activities, don’t let it get so debilitating that it keeps you from doing things you enjoy.

5. You have other symptoms that are concerning. While rare, back pain is sometimes a sign of a serious medical condition, such as a spinal infection or spinal tumor. If your back pain is accompanied by fever, unexplained weight loss or bowel or urinary problems, tell your doctor.

If you’re experiencing any of these signs, a spine specialist can investigate the underlying cause of your back pain through imaging tests, such as X-ray, CT, MRI or myelogram. A myelogram uses contrast dye injected into the spinal canal with a CT scan to evaluate the spine. Or, your specialist may recommend an electromyography (EMG) — a test of your muscles and nerves.

1. Set a schedule.

2. Shop wisely.

Grocery shopping is serious business. You need a plan that will get you in and out as quickly as possible with food that lasts until your next trip. The best strategy for this is to make a grocery list. Have some backup food options just in case stores run out of your favorite items. If you’re ordering through a curbside pickup service, check your order against your list to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

3. Separate food and work.

Avoid setting up your home office in a place where your kitchen is in plain sight. It’s easy to gaze over your laptop straight into a pantry of snacks, so try your best to avoid the environmental cues tempting you to eat when you’re not hungry. Plan to eat when it’s time to eat and work when it’s time to work. Separating these two activities will help you enjoy your meals more and prevent you from snacking because of stress or boredom.

4. Stay hydrated with food.

Pi or π is one of the most important mathematical constants. It represents the ratio of any circle to its diameter. The quest for the value of π is very old.

The oldest way to determine the value of π is to inscribe a circle within a regular polygon.

Archimedes of Syracuse (287-212 BCE) determinated that the value π was between 3 + 1/7 (22/7) and 3 + 10/71. He started with a hexagon and worked his way up to a polygon with 96 sides.

The numbers 3, 22 and 7 play an important role in the calculations of the old mathematicians. They found a relationship with music, colors and of course the planets.

The 3 stands for the “Law of Balance“, the Trinity. Two forces (Yin/Yang, Male/Female) expand and compress the center (-1, 0, 1). Everything expands and compresses.

The number 22 symbolized the circle and the cycle. This is reflected in the twenty-two letters in the cyclic Hebrew alphabet or the twenty-two cards in the cyclic Major Arcana of the Tarot.

There are 7 cycles and they are according to the law of balance divided in expansions and compressions on a “higher and lower level”.

(Mirror (-4),-1(-3(-1, 0, +1), -2(-1, 0, +1), -1(-1, 0, +1)), 0, +1(1(-1, 0, +1), 2(-1, 0, +1), 3(-1, 0, +1)), Mirror (+4)).

The 0 or the Void is the Mirror of the Mirror, the Self-Awareness, the Area, the Boundary, where the Cycle “Bounches Back“.

The relationship with music can be found when you have a look at the “Tones“. There are 7 “intervals” in an Octave (8) and 22 is the number of notes in three consecutive octaves.

The octaves contain a “deeper” pattern. Other numbers appear.

4 is the number of base-notes (Do), in three consecutive octaves. 8 is the number of fundamental notes in a single octave. The 3 octaves are each sub-divisible into 3 octaves apiece, giving an inward formula of 9 octaves, or 64 notes. So 8 is the constant and 64 is the square of it.

The deeper pattern can be understood if we look at a well-known measure, the Golden Measure. This measure can be written as F(n) = F(n-1) + F(n+1). As you see it shows the fundamental Law of Balance again.

The Golden Mean is called the Fibonacci series. The Fibonacci series can be seen in almost every part of Nature. The numbers of Fibonacci can be put into a spiral pattern (the logarithmic spiral).

Is there a Pattern that Explains Everything?

The most important concept to understand is the principle of Self-Reference. Self-reference can be seen in a Fractal but is also visible in the formula of the Golden Mean.

If “Everything is Fractal” we are able to explain everything with just two “laws”, the Pattern of the Fractal and the Enfolding of the fractal-patterns on different Scales. The Enfolding of the Fractal has to behave like the Fractal Pattern. It this way we have reached perfect Symmetry.

At this moment many scientists are looking for the “Basic Fractal Pattern“, the Grail of Science.

In essence they are rediscovering the knowledge of the “Old Mathematicians”. Many of them are aware of this. Old examples are David Bohm (“the Implicate Order”) and of course Einstein (“God is a Geometer”).

New examples are Luciano Pietronero and Laurent Nottale. They use the Logaritmic Spiral to explain the Fractal Structure behind Nature.

In February 1971 NASA (Pioneer 10 and 11) send a message to other civilizations in the Galaxy. The message was engraved on a gold anodized aluminum plague. Scientist tried to envision how they could show “What we are” and “Where we are”. They used fundamental laws to show a correlation between US and the Universe.

At this moment scientists are encrypting the message of old civilizations. More and more they discover that “The Old Ones” knew more about the fundamental laws than we know at this moment.

The idea to send a message to civilizations in the Time/Space-continuum is also not new. It was one of the major activities of the people that knew that their civilization would end by a cosmic catastrophe. They were the inhabitants of Mu and Atlantis.

They build huge structures like the Pyramids and engraved their message on Mother Earth. For thousands of years we just walked around and were unable to see them. Now finally just four years before the next catastrophe we are able to understand a little bit of what they wanted to tell us.

All of their knowledge was Encrypted and Stored in thousands of artifacts and stories. They were warning us but they also gave us entrance to their tools to survive, the Tools of Creation. They are hidden in the “Music of the Spheres” and can be translated into powerful magical incantations.

Those incantations can only be used by Magicians who have Cleaned themselves.

They have to be “Pure”, just like the White Light of the ONE hat emanates out of the SEVEN Colors of the Rainbow that are constructed out of THREE Basic Colors.

Prepare Yourself for a Spectaculair Change

About A year ago I was writing a strategy for a company. Suddenly I got the idea I was writing something I had already written a long time ago. I got the feeling that “History was repeating itself”.

I started to investigate and suddenly I found a Pattern. The pattern I found was the Kondratiev Cycle.

Behind the Kondratiev Cycle another pattern appeared. Kondratiev related the cycle already to the Seasons. The Seasons where at time also a subject I was investigating.

I was very interested in Acupuncture and Chinese Philosophy. I already found a mapping of the World Views to the Seasons and the theory of narratives of Bahktin. With ease I could translated the themes of the Kondratiev Cycle to Major Narratives. I made a picture and started to calibrate. The dates I found where significant.

Another insight appeared when I started to have a look at the website of The Cycles Research Institute. This Institute has gathered a immense amount of data about cycles.

The most interesting document was a document of the Founder of the Institute (Dewey) where he tried to explain strange relationships between cycles that were “independent”. What he found was something he called Harmonics. Harmonics are created when waves are entangeld. They can be compared to overtones in Music.

The last and most dramatic insight came from Ray Tomes. He found a pattern behind the pattern of the harmonics Dewey discovered. This is his main conclusion “The Universe consists of a standing wave which develops harmonically related standing waves and each of these does the same“.

If you are interested in Religion you will you notice that he is writing a very old “mystical” statement. He is writing about what people in India call The Svara.

The proper translation of the word Svara is the current of life-wave. It is that wavy motion which is the cause of the evolution of cosmic undifferentiated matter into the differentiated universe, and the involution of this into the primary state of non-differentiation, and so on, inand out, for ever and ever. The Svara is the manifestation of the impression on matter of that power which in man is known to us as the power which knows itself“.

The pattern behind “History Repeating itself” was the Current of Life Wave.

What I also found out is that the numbers behind the pattern were related to multiples of 5. I started to calculate “Important dates” and “Major Overtones (Harmonics)” and went back as far as 5000 BC. The pattern fitted. I was completely overwhelmed by the regularity of the clocks and the many levels that were in Motion. The Universe was playing Music, The Music of the Spheres.

The last thing I did was to use the pattern and move forwards in Time. I found a remarkable date (2012). It was the date where many many cycles of history would harmonize (A major conjunction) and “start to swing back“. At that time I did not know about the predictions of the Maya’s and others. I learnt about that a year later.

I can tell you one thing.

Prepare yourself for a very spectaculair time ahead.
