The House of Morgan or How the Great Depression was Created

Monday, December 10th, 2007
Black Tuesday

Black Tuesday

Black Tuesday, October 29 1929 a giant economic implosion took place.

This implosion was the official start of the Great Depression.

The  implosion took place because Something or Somebody was pushing the economy UP while it wanted to go down. An artificial Up-movement of the Economy is called a Bubble.

J.P. Morgan was highly involved with the introduction of Fascism in Europe and the US.

He believed that the major enemy in the World were the Communists.

He was befriended with Mussolini and Hitler and organized a fascists putsch in the US by his own private army, the American Legion.

The putsch failed. The legion was used as a recruiting base for the rebirth of the Ku Klux Klan.

Morgan organized the US Communist Party to create an internal external enemy. Morgan used many other dirty tricks to accomplish his goals.

The British Empire was the largest empire in human history. At the time of the Great Depression it controlled a quarter of the world’s population (458 million) and total land area.

The ruling class of the Empire came out of old families and was trained in special institutions like Eton and Cambridge.

The British Empire was based on the ideology of “Free trade”. “Free trade” was necessary to expand the markets of the British Factories. The factories needed raw materials, logistics and markets.

When a country or a person blocked the free trade the British Army removed the obstacles.

Free trade was organized in Trading Companies. They created strategic outposts. When the outposts controlled the region the British Management System (Law, Education) was implemented.

The main goal of the System was to keep the natives under control, and to develop them slowly, and along their own lines.

The British Elite was very practical. They were conservative men with relativistic notions about what forms of government suited peoples (or ‘races’) best. They didn’t go in for ideal systems.

They also knew they did not have the numbers of personnel to try to revolutionize her subjects so they always used local collaborators. They practiced the method of “indirect rule”.

The American Friends of the British Elite shared the commercial attitude of their British friends. They opened up new markets and protected their trade.

They even invented a new tool, Financial Manipulation. In every other aspect they were very different. They were highly ideological and therefore not practical.

They were convinced they were the carriers of the Best Ideology on Earth, Capitalism.Their first priority was to Destroy the Evil Empire and the friends of the Evil Empire, the Soviet Union.

In contrary to their British friends they were not interested in indirect rule. When an enemy was destroyed they left the country and were convinced everybody would embrace their System.

The Power of the House of Morgan was lessened by the New Deal of Eleanor Roosevelt in 1933. Roosevelt organized a Social Contract that gave more influencers the possibility to take part in the US Government.

The Financial Power of Morgan never disappeared. His group is still behind many influential financial companies (Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase) and institutions like the World Bank.

JPMorgan is reincarnated in the person of Jamie Dimon (JPMorgan Chase). He is playing the same game as his predecessor and is behind many of the intelligent tricks that are now performed behind the scenes in Washington.

Is History Repeating Itself??

The Economy was bubbling because the Government was “pumping” a huge amount of money into the economy. Therefore it was very easy to lend, to spend and to gamble with money on the stock-exchange.

Many people gambled enormous amounts of money on the Stock-Market but on Black Tuesday they lost their bet. They lost their bet because suddenly nobody believed the Up-state would continue.

Why was the US Government pumping so much money into the Economy?

The strange thing happened that the major money pumping engine (the FRS) was controlled by the Government of the British Empire. The US Government was not involved. It was totally powerlesss. The British Empire needed money to maintain the backing of the British Pound (The Golden Standard) and the “old boys” network in the Financial Business just made a deal.

The Government of the British Empire was controlled by an Elite. Lord Montagu Norman of the Bank of England and Benjamin Strong of the New York Federal Reserve Bank were of the same club. They arranged the Bubble.

Behind the Elite was one Very Important Person, J.P. Morgan. He was the sole owner of a small company called the House of Morgan. The House of Morgan held effective control of the American government for much of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Morgan used the US central banking system to increase the ability to lend more money than he possessed. US Citizens paid taxes and their money was used to realize the plans of Morgan and his friends.

Morgan helped his friends (including the Bush family(!)) to get rid of their huge debts and to “buy” many important US companies (AT&T, US Steel).

After Black Tuesday the “friends of Morgan” held directorships in 167 industrial concerns, banks, railroads, and utilities. They controlled the most important media in the United States, including the New York Times.

interpersonal

World Views are Perspectives on the Inner and Outer World. “Every man has his own Universe” so there are so many Perspectives as there are (and were) Humans. To communicate we have to decrease the Amounts of Perspectives.

Will McWhinney has found a model that covers most of the perspectives of the Human Being. It contains Four Perspectives circulating around a Center. His model is Self-Referencial (A Fractal) which means that the Model can be Applied on its Self.

It can be expanded to the Infinite Perspectives of all the Humans on Earth by detecting the Right Enfolding of the Fractal Pattern.

When I was working with Will McWhinney on his theory of World-Views I found many theories that could be mapped to his Theory of Change. The World Views proved to be a generic explanation of almost everything. This was a big surprise.

One of the sciences that interested me the most was Psychology. I studied Philosophy, Psychology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics and kept my knowledge of these fields always Up-To-Date.

My main problem with Psychology was the conceptual  mess it was in. I read book after book and all the time new ideas came up. It was fascinating but also frustrating.

Suddenly I found a book that helped me to see everything from one Perspective. The book contained a Model and I was able to Map the model to the World Views with ease.

The book I found was Horowitz, L. M. (2004). Interpersonal foundations of psychopathology. Washington, DC: American Psychological Association.

Interpersonal theory looks at the world from the perspective of Relationships.

According to attachment theorists, the infant’s attachment system keeps the child close and connected to the adult, thereby increasing the child’s chances of surviving infancy. As children come to feel sufficiently secure in their attachment to the caretaker, they separate from the caretaker and explore the environment, a first step toward autonomy.

When a person initiates an interaction with another person, the other assumes that the behavior is motivated (purposeful). When an important goal is satisfied, the person experiences a positive emotion; when it is frustrated, the person experiences a negative emotion like sadness or anger.

Internal motivations can be conflicting. This can result in serious mental disorders. The interpretation of the motivation of the other is often ambiguous leading to misunderstanding and even conflict. To resolve these potential conflicts an open dialogue is necessary where people make their motives clear to others (and themselves).

Motivational constructs (desire, motive and personal striving) can be conceptualized in two very broad, abstract categories, namely, Communion and Agency.

A Communal motive is a motive for a connection with one or more others; it is a motive to participate in a larger union with other people. A communional motive can range from Indifferent (no connection) to Love (a complete connection).

An Agentic motive, on the other hand, emphasizes the self as a distinct unit; it focuses on the person’s own individual influence, control, or mastery over the self, other people, and the environment. An agentic motive can range from Dominating to Submitting.

Interpersonal behavior can be described with the so-called Interpersonal Circumplex (a Cycle). This is a widely tested model that predicts the reaction of a person to a Motive (a combination of agency and communion) of the other.

The motivational behavior of a person is more or less determined in his youth. People that are extreme in the connection/agency-matrix (e.g. indifferent to the other, too dependent, very dominant or submissive) are unable to work in a collaborative manner. They are Psychopathic.

Interpersonal Theory is very helpful to understand relationships.

interpersonal2

The Interpersonal Circumplex or Interpersonal Cycle suggests that there are Infinite Types of Relationships. Some of them are named (Friendly, Dominant) most of them are not named.

When two persons are reacting according to the complementary expected behavior of the Other they feel “Related“. A highly dominant partner, a Master, needs a highly submissive partner, a Slave,  and vice versa.

By using the World Views Interpersonal Theory can be easily mapped to other Psychological Subjects like Learning. When we use the method of Mapping it can also be transformed to Art, History, Ecology, Mathematics and Physics.

To use the Four World Views (Unity, Sensory, Social and Mythic) we have to Map the Matrix of Horowitz to the Matrix of McWhinney .

Sensory people (Experts) are disconnected from their Self (Ego-istic). They are focused on the Senses (Facts).  An addiction to the Senses is called Schizophrenic.

Mythic (Artist)  is a Union with the Self. Mythic people are highly Imaginative and Creative. An addiction to the imagination is called Histrionic.

Social is a Union with Others. Social people are highly Emotional and influenced by the Other (Status). An addiction to the emotions is called Dependent.

A Unity (Master) is disconnected from the Self. Unity people want to control the Future. They are planning and expecting. An addiction to Control is called Paranoid.

Consciousness, the Observer,  the Center of the Cycle, is a Balance between Communion and Agency. People that are Constantly Out of Balance are called Neurotic.

What is Happening?

Paths of Change explains why Life is a Paradox.  It is a Paradox because the World Views are completely independent. They are valid ways of Looking At the World.

Normal” people combine Two or more Worldviews and are able to Switch from one View to the Other but they always look with one View at the Time.

Normal” people are mentally ill but we don’t see their illness because they are Switching all the time.

The Switch is called a Relation in Interpersonal Theory.  It connects two parts that are disconnect and will always be disconnect.

Is there a Structure behind this Structure?

Behind the Four WorldViews lies a much simpler structure. This structure contains just Two Views, the View of Control and the View of Desire.

Control is the proces of Compression. Control makes thing simple and essential. It brings everything back to the Void, the state of Infinite Potential.

Desire is the process of Expansion. Expansion makes things more complex. It generates an infinite amount of new combinations. It moves away from the Infinite Potential.

Control and Desire are Complementary Powers. When they join they are annihilated. If this happens They combine and become the Void again.

Control and Desire are constantly moving around the Void to A-Void that they move back to the state of the No-Thing, that is Every Thing.

The Four Views are nothing but Four Combinations of the Two that are Avoiding the Void which is the Center, the Connector, the Relation, the Switch, between Every Thing.

How to Beat A LOT OF MONEY out of MINDLESS ASSHOLES

Friday, August 3rd, 2007

Have you ever met a friend that suddenly was acting like a Machine? He is repeating the same “exiting” story all the time. He has found IT and IT is about self-empowerment. I am sure he has invited you to come to a free seminar.

He will tell you that he is learning to become a coach. He has to learn the trade and the trade is learnt from the bottom up. That’s why he is a volunteer. He has aquired many new friends (Buddies) who are also volunteers. You have to meet them! They will tell the same exiting story about becoming a new empowered person.

Probably he did not tell you that he has already spend an enormous amount of money. He will not tell you that to reach the next levels he needs more and more money. Perhaps he is even lending money because this is the best investment there is. It will be payd back with interest when he is at the top of the pyramid.

In the pyramid game you let people pay to sell the product they already use. They are so motivated that their enthusiasm will motivate you also and the first try is always for free! It is called a pyramid because the first person who starts the pyramid makes the most out of IT.

Brainwashing is a result of a long history of training (and torturing) English Children and English soldiers. The English training system was so successful that it was copied all over the world. It used verbal manipulating, bull baiting, confronting, frightening, confessing and group-pressure.

The System uses a person called a Bully (Drill-Sergeant). The Bully is surrounded by potential heros. They are being prepared to go to a war called Life. If you show that you are a coward the bully uses you to show the others how strong they are. In the first phase you have to pass many tests.

You fail when you cry, shout, vomit and even shit in your trousers. If this happens all the potential heros laugh at you. They look when the Bully is doing the dirty work. He is responsible and they are just taking the orders.

A very interesting verbal manipulating technique was copied out of the old art of Rhetoric’s. It is now called Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP chains arguments that are proven right in isolation into a highly convincing chain of words.

People that are not educated in reasoning cannot find the flaw in the argument. When they have found the flaw the Bully uses his tricks and they just stop asking nasty questions.

Let’s start the SEMINAR

The seminar will take many days in an isolated expensive location. It will be full of long (6 hour(!)) Pep Talks. You are not allowed to ask stupid questions, eat, drink and go to the toilet without permission. When you are asking clever questions you are asked to show your intelligence on stage. The super bull (the Coach) will show you that you are stupid.

Members of the gang (Volunteers) are watching the behavior of the trainees all the time. The only thing you are allowed is to do is to agree with the Coach on stage. You have to show your approval by clapping or stamping with your feet. The Coach will tell you when this has to happen. You will rise very early and you will go to bed very late but you are strong.

This will not break your resistance. You know that in the end you will feel EMPOWERED. The Coach has literally blown your mind. You are transformed in a happy mindless person.

Silence. Attention please. The coach is talking.

IN THIS TRAINING, YOU’RE GOING TO FIND OUT YOU’VE BEEN ACTING LIKE ASSHOLES. ALL YOUR FUCKING CLEVERNESS AND SELF-DECEPTION HAVE GOTTEN YOU NOWHERE!”

I’ll tell you everything there is to know about life,” “What is, is, and what ain’t, ain’t.” And that’s about all there was. True enlightenment, is knowing you are a MACHINE“.

To understand you are a machine you are treated like a machine and the result is a human machine that is able to sell the concept to the next victim who is not aware he is a machine. He is still conscious, thinking, feeling, creating and sensing and this is utterly stupid.

The only one who is allowed to feel, think, sense, create is Your TEACHER. He is the programmer and the only thing you have to do is run his programs.

Remember all the problems in your life are caused by fear, the fear of failure, rejection, ridicule and humiliation. He will show you your fears. He will reject you, ridicule your stupid questions, force you to admit all your failures he has invented for you and he will humiliate you all the time.

Embrace your fears. If your relationship ends what do you do? You can dwell on it, crawl into yourself, withdraw, and surrender. Shit happens but you can learn from it, grow, develop, be prepared for a better relationship in the future. Stop being afraid.

Look at him. He is strong. He is The Father, Your only Friend, the Cowboy, The Perfect Lover, The Entrepeneur. He is rich. His relationships are perfect. Confess you are poor because you are creating your own reality and you are doing something wrong.

Confess you have left your partner because you are unable to give. Confess your parents did not treat you the way you needed to be treated because of You! You are the reason of all the shit in your whole life.

Forget your past. Live in The Now. Give your love to Him. He is the Stage Magician. He will show you all his tricks. The only thing you have to do is believe him. Somewhere in the future you will find the perfect relationship. This will be another machine, your BUDDY, your mate.

It’s Up to You.

In the end the Coach will have total control over your MIND. Than he will tell you the final message: “YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE“. Finally You are Perfect. You are his little machine and he will Love You For That.

In 1960 John Rosenberg left his wife and children. He went to St. Louis, changed his name into Werner Erhard and sold cars. Until 1971 he was selling and managing salespersons. Suddenly he got “IT (Latin “EST”)”. He could make a lot of money in the self-empowerment movement and created Erhard Seminar Training. The first seminar was held in October, 1971, at the Jack Tar Hotel in San Francisco with nearly a 1,000 trainees in attendance.

During the first year, Erhard himself led all the trainings, since he was the only one who had mastered the hours of materials he had stitched together from his Sales Experience (Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich), Freud, Hinduism, Maslow, Hubbards Scientology, Mind Dynamics, Dale Carnegie, Maxwell Maltz Psycho-cybernetics, Carl Rogers Client Centered Therapy, Alan Watts Zen Buddhism and anything else that Erhard’s intuition told him would work in the exploding human potential market.

After a while others bounded onto the stages to repeat the same lines and deliver the same material. Always they conducted the EST training exactly the way Erhard had done. They trained countless hours to do it the way he told them to. The trainers are salesman. They are paid commissions for the number of people they recruit and train, not for the number of people they truly help.

Erhard loved to play the drill-sergeant. A huge part of the seminar consisted of a nonstop barrage of verbal insults, taunting the participants in the straight-backed chairs, insisting they were all worthless human beings who clung to beliefs about themselves and their own lives that were rooted in ridiculous notions about reason, logic, and understanding.

Don’t give me your goddamn belief system, you dumb motherfucker!” one of Erhard’s est trainers once thundered at a man who had raised his hand on the first day with a question about the need to believe in something, in anything. What Erhard left out of the training was any sense of human compassion and emotion. He and his trainers angrily rejected such trivialities in the training sessions. Compassion, after all, was something reserved for life’s “victims.” In the world of est, as in the world of Werner Erhard, there were no victims.

It is estimated that some 700,000 people did the training before the seminars were halted in 1991. EST was transformed in the Landmark Forum. Harry Rosenberg, Erhard’s brother, heads Landmark Education Corp. (LEC), which does some $50 million a year in business and has attracted some 300,000 participants. LEC is headquartered in San Francisco, as was EST, and has 42 offices in 11 countries.

One of the trainees of an EST seminar asked Werner Erhard the question he was waiting for. “I don’t get it“. Werner answered the stupid question with the perfect answer. “There’s nothing to get so you got it”. “I get it” the trainee said, “So getting it is whatever you get” “If that’s what you got.” Got it?

You get what you want when you got it. That is the only thing you have to learn. You got it when you sell the seminar to your family and friends. You hope that things will go the way you want and if they don’t go the way you want, you still have not understood that:

YOU’RE ACTING LIKE A ASSHOLE. ALL YOUR FUCKING CLEVERNESS AND SELF-DECEPTION HAVE STILL GOTTEN YOU NOWHERE.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND PAY.

THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR YOU.

AND HOPE IS WHAT I AM SELLING!

NOTHING MORE ASSHOLE!

Things You Should Do Before a Workout to Maximize Results

Exercise: Whether you love it or hate it, we can all agree that if you’re going to do it, it should be as beneficial and effective as possible. It doesn’t matter if you’re working out for the mental stability and positive endorphins it can provide or you’re trying to get rid of a few extra pounds—we all want to feel that our time spent in the gym was completely worthwhile.

When it comes time to get down to business, though, most of us don’t know where to start in order to maximize our workouts. Should I drink or eat beforehand? What about stretching? Or maybe I should be taking a supplement? The questions are seemingly endless, and when it comes to our health, we don’t like to mess around. So we decided to round up tips from our favorite fitness experts and scientific studies to get to the bottom of things.

Keep reading to find out the six things you should be doing in order to get the most out of your workout.

Plan Ahead

When it comes to maximizing your workout, it all begins with deciding when to get started. Dempsey Marks, a fitness expert, yoga instructor, and co-creator of PreGame Fit, is a huge supporter of morning workouts for various reasons. “Start your day with any type of exercise to get your metabolism going,” she explains. “You maximize the benefits of your workout because you will burn calories all day long. Just 15 minutes of morning exercise will make a difference!”

But what if your schedule doesn’t allow for an early-morning workout? Or, let’s be honest, maybe you’re just not a morning person. Above all, the good news is that consistency in your workout schedule is the most important component of maximizing the effects of your exercise. According to the research, there are no major differences between morning and evening workouts. In fact, working out in the evening might provide an advantage when it comes to power and work capacity.1

The bottom line is that no matter when you choose to work out, sticking to your commitment and being consistent is the magic sauce leading to results. So write it down, schedule it in, set alarms—whatever you need to do to make sure you get it done.

Do Some Dynamic Stretching

We know—stretching before a workout seems like an obvious trick to having an effective trip to the gym. But you’d be surprised how many people either rush through this important step or disregard it altogether. “Stretching will warm up the muscles and protect you from becoming sore post-workout,” explains Ilana Kugel, co-founder and creative director of Koral Activewear. Skipping this step could be the make-or-break factor of your entire exercise routine.

Warming up with dynamic stretching is especially important as we age, says Kugel, and exercising without preparing the body with dynamic stretches can lead to stiffness and soreness, which isn’t fun for anyone.2 Take the necessary steps to protect yourself and have the safest (and most enjoyable) workout you can.

Use a Foam Roller

Foam rollers are a rising fitness trend that numerous celebrities and trainers are raving about. Not only can one be used therapeutically to relieve stress, but it’s also a powerful and simple tool that is extremely beneficial for the body, as it can boost circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system to help eradicate toxins, and make muscles look and feel suppler and more youthful.

Lauren Roxburgh, Structural Integration specialist and resident alignment guru at Goop, suggests using the tool pre-workout for best results. “I always get asked when is the best time to roll. It’s actually best to do before a workout so you can awaken and prepare your body for movement,” she explains.

Eat and Drink Wisely

MARINE DUMAY / UNSPLASH

There are conflicting opinions on whether you should eat and drink before working out, but recent studies have found that you could benefit from better results in your workout if meals are chosen wisely3. In terms of hydration, keep plenty of water nearby and drink when you feel thirsty to maximize hydration levels during exercise.4 Katie Mack, an NSCA-certified personal trainer, says that you might also choose to drink a cup of coffee pre-workout too: ”The caffeine in your coffee will help to stimulate your nervous system to enhance performance.” these are the best weight loss pills for women.

Carbohydrates and lean proteins are the best choices when it comes to pre-workout meals. Mack recommends eating a low-fat meal in the hour before your workout. Some of her favorite options are chicken, fish, or Greek yogurt, coupled with a carbohydrate like sweet potato, rice, or beans. According to scientific research, those carbohydrates play a major role in your endurance—”carb-loading” right before exercise can significantly increase performance.5 Mack suggests adding coconut oil for a dose of MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides) for quick energy if you’re really invested.

Try a Supplement

If you’re not too seasoned in your fitness routine, the thought of adding a supplement might be a little scary. Not to fear: Studies have found that taking pre-workout supplements can be an effective method for boosting energy before you exercise.6 The supplements usually contain caffeine, which is the primary ingredient responsible for the benefits you feel.

However, it is important to note that while supplements can help curb fatigue and improve concentration during workouts, researchers have yet to find that they produce a substantial effect on body composition.6 So consider trying out a supplement if you find yourself bowing out midway through your routine, as it can help your overall mindset, but don’t expect your body to transform overnight. And be sure to check with your physician to make sure that adding a supplement is the right choice for you.
